The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposing ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function. One should, for example, be able to see that things are hopeless yet be determined to make them otherwise.

Our most recent client is a good example of this. Through our green audit study we determined that the fluorescent lighting in their 80,000 sq feet manufacturing building needed to be replaced with LED lighting. This project cost roughly around $40k but is now saving the company over $100k yearly in energy savings. We then were able to get the company 60 cents per sq foot for the lighting renovation in tax credit using our cost segregation studies. We were able to get them $48,000 dollars back in their pocket making this project free for them! Just as significant for the company was their ability to reduce their carbon footprint.
We believe in today’s challenging economic climate business management needs to be able to have two worlds intertwine for business growth: prevention and promotion. Prevention: business owners need their finances and their budget as tight as possible. An energy savings plan is one of several great methods for prevention especially with energy costs expected to increase by 6% next year. Is your company saving money with all the rebates, tax write offs, credits, deductions, energy efficient methods?
The second world is promotion: getting more clients and customers. We call this part of the equation the “art world.” All forward thinking companies need to continue to evolve their strategy in capturing their audience-markets, clients and customers. We engage this world through the eyes, heart, and effort of an artist. We believe we are artists in that sense. Marketing, branding and your product needs to be relevant and marketed correctly and in line with today's evolving culture.
We are a company that is comfortable in both the financial and the art world. Not to many consulting companies we feel can effectively do both. This allows your strengths as a company to be in full display!
